shipping policies

• Shipping will be paid by the retailer. Shipping charges will be added to order.
• Growl and Meow will ship items either by USPS or UPS, depending on rate and speed to get to the customer.
• Rates vary by product. Growl & Meow does NOT charge a handling fee. Your shipping rates are exactly what we pay.

return guarantee program

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unsold portion for a credit. Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping cost. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning any product; we are not responsible for any product returned without an RMA.

We must have a resale certificate (or your state's equivalent) on file prior to shipping.
